War of Words at Charlies Kitchen Last Night

Hey all of you out there, I hope you call made it to the War of Words show at Charlies Kitchen Last night.

The opening acts, Step Dads, and The Inhalers killed it!

You should totally check them both out, Step Dads is on tour from Indiana.

In other NES news Will and I will hopefully be grabbing our screen press from Cape Cod soon so we can start making shirts.

Kevin King has a few shows lined up, the next one is on August 26th and it is an in store performance at Johnny Cupcakes in Boston, so be there, it is an opening for an art show.

Maximum Rock and Roll Review, Kevin Kings CD!

Hey Folks, been a while I know, but theres some good news!

Maximum Rock and Roll got around to reviewing the War of Words - DimWorld Act III LP here's a snippit of the review.

The record also made a Top 10 list for August so heres lookin at you record buyers.



Interpunk sent in a request to order some more copies of the record as well, so maybe this things finally taking off!!

In other news Kevin Kings solo acoustic CD I'm not punk and I'm telling everyone was released recently. The package includes a fold over cover that is hand numbered to 100 on the inside as well as a hand spraypainted cd.

Copies will be available in the webstore soon.

War of Words will be playing and acoustic show this Friday at The Plough and Stars in Cambridge. The show is 5 dollars, so come have a beer and listen to some tunes.

NES-001 has finally come to fruition, with the help of Dustin Watson on the graphical end of things and of course War of Words themselves this record is now complete and ready to be ordered by all of you out there...

To order this opus you can head over to our webstore and pick the record up, any orders done on our webstore will receive a War of Words cloth patch that is about 2"x2" with the War of Words ink and ak47 logo, pictures to come shortly, only available while supplies last.
